Responsible for management of the company's daily operations & ensuring the timely completion of assignments.   Cliff is involved in the conceptual design & analysis of all projects.   Cliff is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.   Cliff holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Responsible for all construction related activities in the field and office.   Dale oversees and coordinates field crew methods and practices needed to provide information to clients and developers.   Performs site visits to monitor progress and compliance with local code and approved plans.   Dale began his engineering career in 1985.

Responsible for managing Residential Design along with working on conceptual design, lay-out of projects, preparing estimated development costs, project budgets & schedules.   Marvin's approach to each project is to have the most effective design and development for the client.   Marvin started his career over 26 years ago and enjoys helping clients design & build residential communities through out the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Responsible for project management, design and construction monitoring of municipal projects including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main extensions and urban road improvements.   Scott coordinates all aspects of projects with local government agencies from initial conceptual design through final design and construction.   He is registered engineer in the States of Missouri and Illinois and he joined Bax in 1986.   Scott holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Missouri at Rolla.

Responsible for managing all operations in the survey division.   Teamed with highly professional and technical staff in boundary, topographic and construction surveying processes and production.   Darrel oversees quality control in all aspects of surveying operations. Darrel has over 32 years of survey experience and is a Licensed Professional Surveyor in the States of Missouri and Illinois.
