Cardinal Ritter, St. Williams Apartments, Dardenne Prairie
Dardenne Prairie is the new home for Cardinal Ritter Senior Services. Two acres in the heart of this quaint town consist of 78 apartment units for the elderly. This project was designed under the City of Dardenne Prairie’s Smart Code using Green Site Design Practices such as pervious pavement, rain gardens, bio swales and underground detention storage.
